Outside food or beverages are not permitted within the premises, with the exception of birthday or celebration cakes. Durians are not allowed.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use. However, please refer to the following policies.

• Taking photos of other guests without their permission is not allowed.
• Only one professional photographer or videographer is allowed per reservation, with the exception of private events.
• Professional photographer or videographer’s equipment must be kept at his/her guests’ table.
• Food & beverages must be ordered when a table is required for a professional photographer or videographer.
• Flash photography is not allowed, except for private events.

Balloons are welcomed inside the restaurant. However, please refer to the following policies.

• Air balloons on sticks are allowed.
• Helium balloons are allowed when directly presented with a certificate of conformity to Asiatique The Riverfront.
• Maximum height of balloons must not exceed 180 cm.
• No balloons can be scattered on the floor or attached to the windows or doors.
• A maximum of 20 balloons are allowed per reservation.

The Crystal Grill House adheres to policies and standards that are designed to create a pleasant and positive experience for all guests, and to ensure their privacy, comfort and safety.

• Candles are not allowed inside the private dining rooms, but are permitted at the alfresco terrace.
• Photos, banners, and decorative lighting cannot be attached to the windows or walls.
• Heavy decorations are not allowed on top of the air conditioning units.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated area. Marijuana is not allowed.

Yes, we have a corkage charge.

Red, white or sparkling wines: THB 1,000 per bottle

Spirits: THB 1,500 per bottle

Yes, we have a dress code. Smart casual dress is required. Men’s tops must have sleeves. Shorts are permitted.

Yes, we do. Reserved tables will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes after the allotted time, before being released to another guest.

Reservations

• A non-refundable deposit of THB 2,000 is required for every reservation of 8 or more guests at the alfresco terrace.
• A non-refundable deposit of THB 5,000 is required for every reservation of a private dining room.
• A minimum spending policy applies to the private dining rooms, as follows:
  • Tang - Minimum spend: THB 8,000++ (max. 4 guests)
     
  • Susa - Minimum spend: THB 8,000++ (max. 4 guests)
     
  • Edo - Minimum spend: THB 10,000++ (max. 6 guests)
     
  • Liberty Bell - Minimum spend: THB 10,000++ (max. 6 guests)
     
  • Mukul - Minimum spend: THB 15,000++ (max. 8 guests)
     

Cancellations

Reservations must be canceled with at least 24 hours advance notice. In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained until the next visit (within 15 days of the original booking).

Food at 22:30 hrs. and beverages at 23:00 hrs.
